I’m a freelance digital analytics consultant with a passion for solving complex measurement objectives. Over the past nine years, I’ve honed my skills in analytics implementation using Google Tag Manager and GA4 to gain insights into user behaviour and optimise digital experiences. My journey has taken me from working with charities and public services to collaborating with large international brands, and I’ve loved every step of the way.

In my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with GA4 since its infancy as “App + Web.” Little did I know, I would also mature with the tool into what we know it as today, using it across many industries. This experience has not only enriched my professional life but also allowed me to develop a unique approach to working with tech teams to create purposeful ways to measure online customer journeys. This strategic thinking has enabled me to develop a process that I repeat across my clients to identify gaps in measurement and turn them into actionable insights.

When I’m not working, I like to live an active lifestyle and enjoy taking long walks with my dog, Pippa. I love to travel and have spent many months in different countries. I’m grateful for a career that allows me to work anywhere in the world. Although I might be in a different timezone every now and then, this provides me with a clear mind and creativity to approach my work.
