I’ll use Google Tag Manager and work with your development team to bring the measurement plan to life:

  • Clear and concise briefs to developers for dataLayer work for example ecommerce tracking or implementing user_id

  • Build tags and triggers in Google Tag Manager to track basic user interactions such as button clicks, form submissions etc.

reporting & analysis

Once the data is live and collecting it’s then time to use and present it in a way that is most useful for you and your team:

  • Build Looker Studio reports for self-serve analysis and visualisation

  • Customise the GA4 user interface to better suit your needs for top-level checks

  • Create explorations in GA4 to use for deep-diving

  • One-off user journey analysis to identify opportunities to optimise the journey
